This doujinshi is actually a joint project with the artist Koeda Sakura and her circle, Cherry Child; so Hinanoya + Cherry Child = Hina Hina Sakuranbo.
Inside, the doujinshi is broken up into many short stories that are three pages long at most. But they all have a running theme: Ichigo noticing a totally oblivious Rukia. Which, I have to say, makes for some interesting situations.
For example, one bit has Rukia showing Ichigo her homework at his desk. She's wearing a dress, so when she bends over Ichigo can see a bit of cleavage. Ichigo blushes like crazy and hunches over even more so that Rukia can't see it. And of course, Rukia doesn't notice at all and happily continues to write. Another story starts with Rukia licking at something that has been suspiciously censored, and she's making pleased noises. The next panel shows Ichigo sweating and shaking until he can't take it anymore: He shouts at Rukia to keep it down as she eats her popsicle.
It's a fun and cute doujinshi, but I almost feel sorry for Ichigo. His hormones and over-active imagination almost do him in. Other character appearances include Isshin, Keigo, Chad, and Chad's mom (who looks exactly like a female version of Chad).
