Looks like Kagome receives a stuffed plushie from Sota that reminds her of Inuyasha. With the power of the shikan shards, the plush is transformed to an exact copy of Inuyasha—sans clothes. Understandably, Kagome flips out, but eventually gives in to the charms of plushie Inuyasha and they fall asleep with her holding him.
In the meantime, while Kagome is sleeping, Inuyasha is busy doing the nasty with Kikyo. Once he's finished with her, he goes to drag Kagome back with him, and catches Kagome just as she wakes up.
