WOW. It's safe to say that this doujinshi blew me away. Not only for its hefty page count, but the art itself. It looks as if can't HUE drew the doujinshi in charcoal. The scenes are dark and emotive, and I like the fact that it focuses on two minor characters. I found Zabuza and Haku's story to be sad in the anime, but this doujinshi gave it a whole new dimension. It was them against everybody else and this shows their struggle to survive every encounter with the enemy they crossed paths with. The last pages are of the aftermath of the fight on the Water Bridge with Kakashi and the newly formed Team 7.
The cover itself is a dust jacket, so again, the care and uniqueness of this doujinshi makes it very special to me.
